Name: Name the encoder;

IP Address: Input the ip address of encoder

Remark: Description of this encoder

Save: Save the settings to add encoder

4.5.2 Meeting Room

Click [+New Meeting Room],

[Room Set]: View preset meeting rooms;

[In Use]: View meeting rooms witch are using;

[Meeting Room]: Name of the meeting room;

[Encoder]: Select the encoder you set in Encoder-Management

Note: The system only capture audio signal from [Encoder1]. If there is no audio signal input to

[Encoder1], the streaming and files recorded are without sound.

[Reconnect]: Set reconnect times of connection between server and encoders (set

times/unlimited times/disable)
